The dw-link 7point hit the freeride nail
directly on the head when it was introduced in 2005. Now in 2007, the 7point
gets a facelift and home new features that will help you put it over the top in
the park. This bike eats big hits for lunch and tail-whips jumps for dessert.
Ridden hard by Jordie Lunn, Ryder Kasprick, Ross Measures, and the NSMB.com
team, its 7 inches of efficient and bump eating dw-link travel let you pedal
your bike anywhere that you want and stomp any line you see on the way back.
The 67.5 head tube angle and low chainstay growth are tailored specifically for
excelling on bike park or technical woods trails and its consistent suspension
feel will give you confidence to pin new lines.
From a technology standpoint, the 7point gets
a new O.P.T. 6069 triple butted tubeset, adding strength and dropping over 1.5
lbs of weight.
It uses the new 10-mil shock pivot standard,
an entirely new chainstay yoke, and oversized o-pivot assembly with Iron Horse’s
exclusive max-ebearings. Mounting a chainguide is also easier, with added
iscg05 standard mounts. If there is one freeride bike that can help you up your
game to the next level, the 7point is it.
