Randall Scott understands that buying a bike over the internet is unfamiliar territory for some people.  We see the information superhighway as the ultimate medium to get quality products to you, at a price that is within your budget. We are bike nerds and understand the nuances of purchasing a bike, being able to ride a bike and feel it underneath you is often important in making the final purchase decision.   We offer amazing sizing charts and have sized hundreds, maybe even thousands, of customers on the phone. We have found that sometimes that just isn’t enough, so we offer two ways for you to get the pre-purchase bike riding experience that many people find useful. The first way is though our concept showroom at our HQ in Boulder, CO where you can test ride any bike we sell. The second and most popular way is through our demo program where we make a selection of bikes available to customers around the country. This is how it works:

• We will ship a radical bicycle directly to your door (via FedEx Ground)
• We also provide return shipping
The bike will come tuned and mostly assembled (about 90%). All you have to do is put the handlebars/pedals/wheels/stem on (super simple assembly instructions will be in the box, seriously we put IKEA to shame). Take that bike all over your local trails, roads and hotspots
• We give you a week (7 days) to test it as much as possible, and require that you send the bike back on the next business day It is smart to make a thorough assessments of what you liked and what features fit your needs, this will help you decide the right bike for youAs always feel free to email us or call us at 1-800-546-9091 with any questions or issues
• The sweetest part? It is only $250 and we offer deals to customers who demo when it comes time to purchase a bike.

Brand New Bike:
• If we send you a brand new bike and you choose to keep the bike we sent you we will put that money towards the price of that bike. Please note that since the bike came assembled we will charge you $59.95 for the pro-build. Decide you don’t like that bike and want another? No problem, send the bike back and we will credit $150 of your demo purchase to that new bike, so long as the bike purchase is within 15 days of the end of your demo.
• Should you decide you don’t want the bike we sent or a different one, that’s fine too.   Just send the bike back and revel in the fact that you had a weeks worth of riding for a mere $250.

Demo Bike:
• If we send you a bike that has already been demoed and you choose to keep the bike we sent you we will put that money towards the price of that bike, and give you a discount on that bike.Decide you don’t like that bike and want another? No problem, send the bike back and we will credit $150 of your demo purchase to that new bike, so long as the bike purchase is within 15 days of the end of your demo.  
• Should you decide you don’t want the bike we sent or a different one, that’s fine too.   Just send the bike back and revel in the fact that you had a weeks worth of riding for a mere $250.
