If you are not completely satisfied with the items you have purchased from Randall Scott Cycle Company, simply contact a Customer Service Specialist at 1-800-546-9091, or send an email to service@rscycle.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (“RA”). We will accept returns within 30 days from the date of your invoice for a refund, replacement, or credit.
Any item received in a defective condition will immediately be replaced or can be returned for a full refund, including shipping with no questions asked. The item must first be returned to us and inspected before a refund or exchange can take place. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately and have your order number available.
No Restocking Fee. Randall Scott Company does not charge a restocking fee for any returned items.
All custom or special orders are final. Installed parts will not be accepted for return/exchange (unless it is a warranty issue).
Labor charges are non refundable. Overnight, 2nd Day or other premium shipping options are not reimbursable. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of non-defective products.
If you receive your order and determine that the item you were shipped does not match the description and/or the picture of the item on our website, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the situation in a timely fashion and reimburse return ground freight. Randall Scott Cycle Company is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors on our website. While we make every effort to insure that our website is current and 100% accurate, we acknowledge that on occasion errors do occur and ask for your patience and cooperation if a mistake is discovered so we can resolve as soon as possible.
Holiday Return Policy:
Any order placed from November 15 - December 31 will be allowed to return the product to Randall Scott Company by February 1. The normal return conditions apply, we are simply extending the deadline to make sure that you and the gift recipient are satisfied with the product.
Returning an item:
Contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately at 1-800-546-9091 for a Return Authorization number.
Pack the item securely in the original package, and write the RA Number in black marker on the package.
Enclose a copy of the RA with the item. Be sure to keep a copy for your records.
The item must be returned in new condition, in original packaging, and include all blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories to insure a full credit.
We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
For your protection, we recommend that you use an insured shipping method for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

How to Return/Exchange Item(s) Using Prepaid Return Shipping Label:
Included with each order (EXCLUDING BICYCLES & OTHER OVERSIZE ITEMS) is a prepaid USPS Business Reply Return Label. You may use this label to send back a return. $7.95 will be deducted from your refund/exchange upon receipt for packages weighing up to 3 Lbs. For packages weighing between 3-5 Lbs $10.99 will be deducted from your refund/exchange upon receipt. Randall Scott does not refund shipping costs and will not cover the cost of any shipping on returns. If you refuse the package when it arrives and the item is not defective you will be refunded less any shipping costs. USPS takes about 3-5 business days to get your package back to us.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: Our prepaid shipping label is for use on products and accessories weighing under 5 Lbs. ONLY! If you use this label for any packages weighing over 5 Lbs., you will be responsible for oversize charges of our discretion and the amount will be deducted from your refund/exchange.
Once you have obtained a Return Authorization Number (“RA”) from our Customer Service Department, please enclose a copy of the RA and be sure to write this number in black marker on the outside of the box. If you don’t want to use our prepaid return label or you purchased and Oversize Item, you can send the product(s) back to us using the carrier of your choice to Randall Scott Cycle Company Returns Department, 2897 Mapleton Avenue, Suite 100, Boulder, CO 80301. Please be sure to send the package pre-paid as no CODs will be accepted and it is also recommended to obtain tracking information and insurance for your package since you are responsible for the merchandise until we receive the goods.
