The Blackburn Shorty is so small it can fit in your pocket.  The handle is oversized with rubber grips for your convenience, and the grip zones and end ridges make for and great grip.  The pump has a side clip that attaches to the water bottle cage to hold the pump in place.  This pump is capable of up to 90psi.
