SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once your super sweet order has been approved, we ship it out with love as soon as possible. Don’t be scared to shop and ship on the internet, we’re experts – this is our livelihood, and the vast majority of orders are shipped complete within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, excluding certain bicycles and special order items. Expedited orders (next day, 2nd day or express saver) will be shipped out the same day if your order is approved before 3:00 pm Mountain Time and items are in stock. Once your order is shipped, you will automatically be sent a Fedex tracking number to your specified email address. Bicycles will be shipped within 3-5 business days upon receipt of order. Please allow 7-10 total business days for delivery of a bicycle. You will be contacted in the case of a special order item with specific availability and shipping times relative to that item. * For orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses delivery times vary widely due to the availability of space on military transport. Past customers with orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses have reported shipping times of as little as 10 days and up to 60 days. All shipments are insured so please keep us informed as to the status of your shipment. If you do not receive your order after 60 days from shipping please contact us ASAP and we will go to the post office to have them trace the packages using the insurance receipt number we have on file.
